First Login
This guide walks you through your first login to KiSoft@Cloud WMS.
Prerequisites
- You have received your login credentials from your administrator
- You are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
Steps
- Navigate to your KiSoft@Cloud WMS instance URL
- Enter your username and password
- On first login, you will be prompted to change your password
- Complete the password change and you're ready to go
Trouble logging in?
If you're having trouble accessing your account, submit a support ticket with the subject "User Access Request".
