First Login

This guide walks you through your first login to KiSoft@Cloud WMS.

Prerequisites​

  • You have received your login credentials from your administrator
  • You are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)

Steps​

  1. Navigate to your KiSoft@Cloud WMS instance URL
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. On first login, you will be prompted to change your password
  4. Complete the password change and you're ready to go

Trouble logging in?​

If you're having trouble accessing your account, submit a support ticket with the subject "User Access Request".
